Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden has once again forgotten what year it is and claimed that he was elected to the Senate “180 years ago.”
Contrary to his claims, Biden was not elected to the Senate in 1840 let alone born. This bizarre slip is yet more evidence of Biden’s fading grasp of reality.
Disconcertingly, Biden’s gaffe occurred while he gave a speech on Saturday to the U.S. Conference of Mayors. Slipping up while going off-script during a TV segment is one thing, but during a speech is entirely another.
Biden’s presence has been limited by his campaign as they do their best to hide the 78-year-old’s failing cognition from the public.
During an interview on MSNBC with host Stephanie Ruhle on Friday, Biden lost his train of thought. “For example, the paycheck protection act. You know, one percent of the money has gone out. One percent. One percent of the, uh — that’s not the paycheck — the um, uh, the, uh, the bill for small, for major…”
Biden needed a bailout from Ruhle who helped Biden along through what he was saying. The man who wants to be President can hardly finish a sentence and doesn’t know what year it is.
