According to sources, President Joe Biden is angry that his staffers keep walking back his statements or attempting to clarify them.
One such statement is that Vladimir Putin “cannot remain in power,” said during a speech in Poland in March.
Biden said the staffers’ effort “undermines him and smothers the authenticity that fueled his rise.”
“Biden was furious that his remarks were being seen as unreliable, arguing that he speaks genuinely and reminding his staff that he’s the one who is president,” the report noted.
Seems like if he wants people to respect him and not walk back his statements, he should not say such dumb things.
