Even in his home state of Delaware, President Joe Biden only has a 50% approval rating, down from 62% a year ago, according to a Tuesday Morning Consult poll.
His disapproval rating is 45%, up from 32% last year before Biden directed a disastrous Afghanistan military withdrawal and before inflation began to skyrocket.
This means that Biden’s net approval rating is +4, where last year it was +30.
There are only 10 states where Biden is still above water on his approval ratings; the others include Vermont, California, Washington, New York, Maryland, Rhode Island and Illinois.
In 33 states, Biden is underwater by more than 20 points, and these include 2020 battleground states like Arizona, Pennsylvania and Georgia.
