Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden said that he would answer the question of whether he supports packing the Supreme Court, but not until after the election.
“You’ll know my opinion on court-packing when the election is over,” he said to reporters on Thursday while in Arizona, adding, “You know the moment I answer that question the headline in every one of your papers will be about that.”
Democrats have threatened to increase the number of Supreme Court justices if President Donald Trump didn’t delay filling Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat until after the election.
It’s a brazen move for Biden to not give an answer about the controversial topic, but he knows that reporters will let him get away with it because they want him to win the election.
Anyone who doesn’t hate Trump can clearly see that his answer would be “yes,” and vote accordingly.
