It is completely over. President Donald Trump just did it. The White House has shocked millions of people across the nation and the mainstream media pundits are already twisting the story.
“The recent statement by Chris Krebs on the security of the 2020 Election was highly inaccurate, in that there were massive improprieties and fraud,” said Trump in a tweet announcing that he had fired Krebs.
Trump noted reports of “dead people voting, Poll Watchers not allowed into polling locations, ‘glitches’ in the voting machines which changed votes from Trump to Biden, late voting, and many more.”
“Therefore, effective immediately, Chris Krebs has been terminated as Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency,” Trump concluded. Of course, the media is having a conniption now.
Liberal talking heads think this is a sign of Trump being a dictator and part of his plan to never leave the White House, even if Joe Biden is certified as the winner. Once again, however, the pundits couldn’t be more wrong.
Lawsuits are still going forward and most states have not certified their votes yet. There’s even a chance this will have to be resolved by the Supreme Court. For Krebs to issue such a statement before the process finished was a deliberate, underhanded move.
