Donald Trump may not have been convicted in his second impeachment trial in the United States Senate, but several Republican Senators chose to abandon the GOP and vote with the Democrats in favor of a conviction.
Although the Senate vote failed 57-43 to reach a two-thirds majority, the true colors of seven Republican Senators was proven.
The list is as follows:
1)Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC)
2)Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA)
3)Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME)
4)Sen. Ben Sasse (R-NE)
5)Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT)
6)Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK
7)Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA)
“The only senator who voted in favor of convicting Trump who faces reelection next year is Murkowski,” reported Breitbart News.
