BREAKING: Immigration Decision Stuns Joe Biden – Republicans Cheering

Judge Robert R. Summerhays, who was appointed by former President Donald Trump, has blocked the Biden administration from removing Title 42, which threatened to flood the United States with illegal immigrants.

A lawsuit brought by Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, and Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, argued that without Title 42, the Biden administration would be violating the Administrative Procedure Act.

Attorney General Schmitt issued a statement saying, “Today, the court announced its intention to grant a temporary restraining order in Missouri, Louisiana, and Arizona’s lawsuit against the Biden administration over their planned suspension of Title 42. This temporary restraining order is expected to keep Title 42 in place until further court proceedings, a critical win for border security and the rule of law.”

Title 42 was implemented under former President Trump’s administration and sought to limit the number of immigrants entering the United States under the pretext of preventing the spread of Covid-19.

Why President Biden was so eager to remove Title 42 while also working to ensure Americans must wear a mask on flights remains one of the great mysteries of the past year. Luckily, Title 42 is going nowhere, which means the situation at the border will simply be disastrous instead of catastrophic.
