President Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., has contracted the coronavirus and is the latest member of the President’s family to catch the virus that has plagued the nation for the last eight months.
Donald Trump Jr. told his followers on Instagram that, “Apparently I got the ‘rona. You wouldn’t know it based on anything that I felt or have seen. I’ve been totally asymptomatic.”
While there is a strong suspicion that the test was a false-positive, Don Jr. is taking the safe route and quarantining away from others to ensure there is no spread.
Trump Jr. said, “Out of an abundance of precaution, I’ll quarantine, I’ll follow the regular protocols, You know, take it seriously. No reason to do anything otherwise.”
While the news seems bad initially, the 42-year-old Trump Jr. is so far asymptomatic.
In the meantime, the Trump administration needs to reconsider its strategy in stopping the virus. Despite the measures they have taken, it hasn’t stopped the virus from infecting the White House.
