BREAKING: Gov. Ron DeSantis Confirms Rumors – Time To Fight Back…

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) and Attorney General Ashley Moody (R) took the lead in announcing a lawsuit Tuesday by 21 states against the Biden administration for its federal mask mandate on public transportation, such as buses, airplanes, and airports.

“This rule, this order is completely outside the bounds of the scope of federal power as we have argued successfully in numerous other cases, the CDC and the federal government and the Biden administration never had the power to issue this order originally,” she said.

The rule carries both civil and criminal penalties, Moody noted.

DeSantis called the rule, which has been extended until at least April 18, “lingering elements of COVID theater” and “not something that’s grounded in any science.”

He referenced victories against the CDC on cruise ship guidance and also against the OSHA mandate as a reason to hope that this suit would also be successful.
