BREAKING: Google Gets SLAMMED – Found To Be “Unlawful”

Internet and technology giant Google just got slammed. The company has been found to be “unlawful” and the news is spreading across the nation and around the world. This is crazy.

According to reports, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), following up on a Google employee’s complaint, has concluded that the company violated the law in a warning it issued to Kevin Cernekee.

Cernekee, the employee at the center of this case, “complained on an internal social networking platform about the company’s diversity policies,” reported Breitbart. Then Google enforced an “unlawfully broad” policy.

According to Breitbart, the NLRB “stated in an advice memorandum” that Cernekee’s internal complaint was “protected by the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)” and Google couldn’t prohibit said activity.

The crux of Cernekee’s complaint, while potentially “somewhat insensitive,” was seeking “clarification from management about workplace rules” and also “protested” the treatment of certain employees.

Namely, via the memo, “the treatment of employees who hold unpopular viewpoints regarding the [e]mployer’s workplace diversity initiatives.” Google must now correct the error with “a nationwide notice.”
