Fox News correspondent Geraldo Rivera rocked Fox News when he said that there was “probably” a quid pro quo between President Trump Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Geraldo went on to say, “When you look at how foreign policy is made, how foreign aid is distributed and dispensed if you don’t think there’s this kind of backroom wrangling almost every time with Israel with Albania or Australia, of course, there is.”
Put in context this sentiment makes sense, but of course Geraldo is alleging quid pro quo with no evidence.
Even if he is right, the leftist media and Democrats would never pass up an opportunity to weaponize a normal part of international diplomacy to attack the President.
Such allegations need proof, considering the damage they can do. Geraldo may be facing some serious scrutiny for his comments.
If there’s one thing we know, its that the media will go to any length to create confusion and dissention.
