Georgia Democrat Party operatives went door to door this week to get voters to “cure” their defective ballots so they could be counted as valid votes in the 2020 election.
Workers were trained on Wednesday by out-of-state operatives about how to fix defective ballots, such as missing signatures or incorrect markings.
They were then sent to the homes of those with defective ballots, but were told not to help Republicans, only Democrats, with ballot issues.
The party is allowed to collect signatures or correct other ballot flaws until 5 p.m. on the Friday after the election.
At least 5,000 names of people with defective ballots were released publicly on Wednesday, and more were expected to be released Thursday and Friday.
