Billionaire plutocrat George Soros is losing influence and is being increasingly scrutinized for his role in shaping social policies in many European countries.
Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orbán called Soros “one of the most corrupt people in the world,” after Soros called on the EU to crack down on Hungary and force them to submit to “open society” values.
Soros has spent decades trying to influence countries’ social policies and he has the billions needed to force his agenda.
Viktor Orbán said on Friday that, “George Soros is one of the most corrupt people in the world; he has plenty of politicians in his pocket who now want to blackmail Hungary and Poland for access to EU funds.”
Hungary, alongside Poland, recently vetoed a proposed budget that contained provisions that would strip them of their autonomy and their ability to decide immigration policy.
Soros has insisted that the EU should “financially starve” Hungary into submission, but as of yet Viktor Orbán is standing strong. Soros is losing influence as more people have become aware of his corrupt agenda, thanks to Poland and Hungary’s efforts.
