Fox News’ Peter Doocy continued to challenge White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on Monday, asking her when the people laid off from their Keystone XL pipeline jobs could expect their new green jobs to be ready.
Biden shut down construction on the pipeline on his first day in office, which led to a cut of 11,000 jobs.
“When is it that the Biden administration is going to let the thousands of fossil fuel industry workers, whether its pipeline workers or construction workers who are either out of work or will soon be out of work because of Biden’s EO, when it is and where it is that they can go for their green jobs?” Doocy said.
As usual, Psaki dodged the question, asking Doocy where he got the data about there not being green jobs available.
But Doocy pressed her, saying, “But you said that they would be getting green jobs, so I’m just asking when that happens?”
