Fox Nation host Britt McHenry filed a lawsuit against Fox News and her former UN-PC host George “Tyrus” Murdoch for sexual harassment, as well as claiming Fox punished her and rewarded Murdoch when she complained about his behavior.
Murdoch allegedly sent McHenry explicit text messages in 2018 and also harassed her in person. He became hostile when she said she had a boyfriend, McHenry said.
McHenry said that executive Jennifer Rauchet told her Fox News never wanted her and that she was “replaceable” after she reported Murdoch’s harassment. McHenry also said she was excluded from events at Fox and that her career was “derailed.”
McHenry said in a tweet that she is “standing up for [herself], for women and for what’s right.”
Fox News said in a statement that McHenry’s allegations were already investigated and that they expect the case to be dismissed.
