Mark Levin placed blame on the January 6 House Select Committee, calling it the “demise” of the country.
Levin called the hearings an effort to get an indictment against former President Donald Trump.
Levin said the effort if evidence of a post-constitutional America.
“This is a pocket copy of the Constitution and Declaration of Independence. It all comes down to this, doesn’t it?” Levin said.
“I’ve spent 40 years — 40 years of my life studying this, really longer if you think about it. And why is that? Because this is supposed to be the overall law of the land that protects our individuality, our freedom, and the civil society,” Levin added.
“And in many ways, we live in a post-constitutional America and those who are waving around the Constitution today on the January 6 Committee had been major participants in its demise,” Levin added.
After a lengthy monologue from Levin, he concluded:
“The media have to stop taking the spoon-fed propaganda from this Committee. It might as well be run by the Democratic National Committee and these phony legal analysts ought to stop pretending that we’ve learned something new and compelling.”
