Fox News just went dark. Millions of Americans across the nation are completely shocked — they can’t believe this happened in the middle of a live segment. Now everyone is wondering what will happen next.
During ‘Fox & Friends,’ host Brian Kilmeade featured two commentators: Conservative author Tammy Bruce and former Democratic National Committee chairwoman Donna Brazile. But Kilmeade was soon forced to go dark.
What started as a simple segment about the Republican National Convention (RNC) devolved into accusations from Brazile that Bruce was trying to “erase my history” for simply calling out Democrats for ignoring the violent riots.
“No Democrat has spoken out against the nature of what’s happening in Kenosha, Portland, Seattle, Baltimore, New York, Chicago,” said Bruce. “Americans have a choice … and Republicans are showing an expanse of what the American sensibility and what the American future is.”
It was at this point that Brazile interrupted Bruce and become completely unhinged. “This is what the choir sounds like, a note coming from a scratched record,” she said. “It sounds like I will never be an American in your world.”
Kilmeade responded, “That’s not what anyone said.” But Brazile continued to dominate the segment and accused Bruce of racism. “You do not recognize my existence, Tammy,” she said. “You cannot erase my history.” The segment was ended shortly thereafter.
