A federal judge hearing a civil case against alleged Epstein “madam” Ghislaine Maxwell has ordered 80 documents seized as evidence to be unsealed for public access, including the flight logs for Epstein’s private plane.
The identities of those who appear in the flight logs will be redacted so they won’t be made public, the judge ordered.
Other documents include a 2016 deposition where Maxwell claims she was asked intrusive questions about her sex life and police reports from Epstein’s Palm Beach home.
The records come from a 2017 civil case brought against Maxwell by Virginia Giuffre that was settled before a verdict was reached.
The judge said the public interest for the records was more important than Maxwell’s reasons for keeping them private, including that they might embarrass others.
