Rep. Barry Moore (R-AL) said on local talk radio Tuesday that momentum was building to challenge election results of the 2020 election because of possible fraud in some states.
“[M]omentum is building,” Moore said. “It is a pivotal time in our nation, and we need to stand for election integrity above all things.”
“We have 75 million American voters who showed up and voted for President Trump. They expect us to stand and be their voice,” he went on.
Unfortunately, even one day can bring huge changes to a political situation, and the election challenges failed quickly after some rogue Trump protesters decided to break into the Capitol building and cause damage there.
It seems that the election objections will fade into the background after this unfortunate incident, which has understandably caused a great deal of public outrage.
