In a sudden reversal of their actions until now, Democrat operatives now plan to file with the House of Representatives for the House Administration Committee to rule on contested elections in Iowa and New York State.
The two elections–in New York’s 22nd district and Iowa’s 2nd district–show Republicans winning by only a few votes.
In Iowa, Republican Mariannette Miller-Meeks has been certified as the winner by six votes. The New York race is only decided by 12 votes.
Attorney Marc Elias will challenge the two races. Elias was responsible for the mail-in vote push in the 2020 election.
Elias is an attorney at Perkins Coie, and he is the same attorney who hired Fusion GPS to produce the fake Steele dossier that Democrats tried to use against President Donald Trump.
