The President of Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) said on Sirius radio Saturday that more than 15 million mail-in ballots went missing or were undeliverable in the leadup to the 2020 election.
“This is the worst way to run an election, what they did in 2020,” J. Christian Adams, president of PILF said. “Fifteen million ballots were sent in the mail last year that never ever came back and were counted.”
Adams said the ballots could have affected the election, especially in places like Wisconsin where four times as many ballots were missing or undeliverable as the margin of error in the presidential race.
“What that tells us is the system is screwed up, that it broke down,” Adams said of the Wisconsin mail ballot report.
And the Justice Department has said it’s going to go after states that try to revert to pre-COVID election procedures in future elections.
