President Trump said he was “very disappointed” that the results of the Durham probe, sometimes referred to as “Obamagate,” will not be released before the election.
President Trump sat down on Friday with radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh and said, “I’m very disappointed. I think it’s a terrible thing and I’ll say it to his face. This is what I mean with Republicans: they don’t play the tough game.”
Trump was referring to Attorney General Bill Barr who told Republican lawmakers privately that the results will not come out until after the election.
Trump continued saying, “I think it’s a disgrace; it’s an embarrassment, I don’t have the words to express my anger. We caught them cold and we have people that don’t know how to do anything about that. If that’s the case I have to check that I find that hard to believe.”
President Trump recently ordered all documentation related to the investigation to be declassified to get the information to the public as soon as possible.
Republicans really have dropped the ball as the evidence has been there for years showing that Democrats acted in a criminal manner. Now Americans will have to wait till after the election to see any results.
