President Donald Trump was just stabbed in the back. The White House is completely shocked and millions of people across the country want answers now. This is a stunning development.
According to Breitbart News, Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT) was asked by a reporter about how he voted. “I did not vote for President Trump,” said Romney to CNN’s Manu Raju, the network’s senior congressional correspondent.
Romney would not indicate precisely who he voted for — only that he didn’t cast his ballot for Trump. However, there are basically three options: Joe Biden, a third-party candidate, or undervoting in the race.
Regardless of the choice, Romney has completed his betrayal of Trump after gladly receiving the president’s endorsement while running for the U.S. Senate. He cannot escape his blatant, deceptive, and self-serving hypocrisy.
“Thank you Mr. President for the support,” said Romney on February 19, 2020. “I hope that over the course of the campaign I also earn the support and endorsement of the people of Utah.”
Republican voters in Utah need to send a clear message that Romney will not receive their support when he runs for reelection. This ungrateful turncoat needs a well-funded primary opponent who can unseat this imposter as soon as possible.
