President Donald Trump announced that he is done with coronavirus medications, marking his full recovery after being diagnosed a week ago.
Trump said, “Right now I’m medication free – not taking any medications as of probably eight hours. I am medication free, which frankly makes me feel good. I don’t like medication.”
The President tested positive last Thursday after the nomination ceremony of Judge Amy Coney Barrett which saw several notable figures test positive for coronavirus.
The President was then sent to Walter Reed Medical Center on Friday and stayed for a few days as he was medicated.
After an incredible and unprecedented recovery, Trump is ready to return to a full schedule. Just over a week after being first diagnosed, the President is healthy.
The President’s rapid recovery has made it clear that the threat that the coronavirus poses is far from the death sentence that the media has led the public to believe.
