President Donald Trump’s approval rate is skyrocketing among black voters following the Republican National Convention.
According to a Hill-HarrisX poll conducted August 22-25, “Twenty-four percent of registered black voters in the Aug. 22-25 survey, which included the first two days of the convention, said they approve of the job Trump is doing as president, while 76 percent said they disapprove. That is up 9 points from the previous survey conducted Aug. 8-11, where the President received 15 percent support among this group.”
President Trump’s approval reaching the quarter mark is a huge accomplishment and signifies that the campaign is gaining serious momentum.
The African-American voter block has traditionally been firmly in the grasp of the Democrat party, but President Trump is chipping away at that.
President Trump won’t likely win a majority of the black vote, but taking a quarter of the block’s support away from Joe Biden is an incredible accomplishment.
The riots and unrest propagated by Democrats have hit the black community hard and many black-owned businesses have been destroyed. Democrats will pay in November for embracing lawlessness.
