Donald Trump’s presence at YouTube will be shut out until the “risk of violence has decreased,” according to YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki.
Trump’s YouTube account was originally suspended following the Capitol’s riot on January 6th because of the risk of “incitement to violence.”
Wojcicki explained, “As a result, we removed those videos very quickly, and when we see a violation of our policy, we suspend the channel for seven days. Now, it’s a minimum of seven days. The channel remains suspended due to the risk of incitement to violence.”
What is most bizarre is that Wojcicki cited the warnings of violence at the Capitol on March 4th, saying, “Given just the warnings by the Capitol police yesterday about a potential attack today, I think it’s pretty clear that that elevated violence risk still remains.”
YouTube has no interest in allowing Trump on the platform. YouTube is owned by Google who has made it its mission to wipe the former President off the face of the internet.
Trump will likely not be making an appearance on YouTube for some time. Until the grip of the progressive left on Big Tech is broken, conservatives will be an endangered species on social media.
