BREAKING: Donald Trump Gets Massive Victory Announcement – GOP Cheering…

A new Rasmussen survey showed that former President Donald Trump’s endorsement of a congressional or local candidate carries more weight than President Joe Biden’s endorsement, especially with independent voters.

“If a candidate for election in your state were endorsed by President Joe Biden, would you be more likely or less likely to vote for that candidate? Or would it not make much difference?” the survey asked.

The largest number, 46% said that Biden’s endorsement would make them “less likely” to support the candidate, while 26% said it would make them “more likely” to vote for them. A majority, 52% of independents said they would be less likely to vote for the candidate.

A slightly lower 43% said they would be less likely to vote for a candidate backed by Trump, while 33% said they would be more likely. While only 25% of independents said they would be more likely to support a candidate backed by Trump, that number is twice the 12% of independents who said they would be more likely to support a Biden-backed candidate.

The poll was taken in Ohio where Trump-endorsed J.D. Vance just won the Senate Republican primary.
