Former President Donald Trump got some great news as a golden statue of him was spotted ahead of his keynote speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Orlando, Florida.
The statue was spotted being wheeled through the building as preparations are underway for Trump to make his first major public appearance since he left office in January.
The golden statue depicted Trump in a suit jacket, tie, American flag shorts, and a pair of red flip-flops. The choice of the American flag shorts and flip-flops seems inspired by Trump’s relocation to Florida after leaving the White House.
The golden statue and Trump’s planned appearance indicate that Trump will remain a force in the Republican party despite the mainstream media’s predictions.
Republican Study Committee chairman Representative Jim Banks (R-IN) further enforced Trump’s influence saying, “The Republican Party was not the party of working people. President Trump made us the party of the working class. If we don’t adapt our Republican Party agenda recognizing that, I don’t think we win elections in 2022 and 2024.”
Whether Trump runs in 2024 or not, he remains the Republican party’s most popular and influential figure.
