President Donald Trump got an enthusiastic welcome when he showed up at the Army-Navy football game at Michie Stadium in West Point, New York on Saturday.
When Trump walked into the stadium to participate in the coin toss, the crowd erupted in thunderous applause and chants of “USA! USA!”
The game was supposed to be held in Philadelphia but was moved to New York because of restrictions on outdoor gatherings and a ban on audiences for collegiate and professional sports events.
Trump has attended the game every year since his election as president in 2016 except for 2017.
I guess Trump is more popular with the military than some want to let on.
