Former President Donald Trump blasted President Joe Biden on Wednesday for ending the successful Remain In Mexico immigration program, saying that Biden has helped bring about the “greatest border disaster in history.”
Not only did Biden end Trump’s program, which was working to keep illegal immigrants out of the U.S., but since taking office his DHS agency has released 11,300 illegal immigrants into the U.S. and given them work permits to take American jobs at a time of high unemployment in the U.S.

“The Biden administration inherited the most secure border in history, and they turned it into the greatest border disaster in history,” Trump said. “Our border is now run by cartels, criminals, and coyotes. Illegal immigrants, gang members, and lethal drugs are pouring across like never before. Not only are illegal immigrants being caught and released, they are being put up in hotels at taxpayer expense.”
Biden wanted to reverse Trump policies on immigration, but he did not think about the consequences of doing so for his country, which he claims to care about and want to help.
