The Democrat Party just got completely slammed — Texans said ‘no’ and the liberal establishment is reeling. They never expected this to happen.
“Republicans Susan Wright, the wife of the late Republican Rep. Ron Wright, and Jake Ellzey advanced this weekend to a runoff election for Texas’ Sixth Congressional District,” reported Fox News.
This means the Democrat candidate fell short and did not draw enough votes to advance to the runoff election. Regardless of who wins, another Republican will be sent to the House to fight Nancy Pelosi.
Fox News went on to note that many saw this race “as a bellwether for future contests,” particularly in the reliably Republican state of Texas — yet Democrats simply didn’t perform as well as they hoped.
“Democrats have come a long way toward competing in Texas but we still have a way to go,” said defeated Democrat Jana Lynne Sanchez. “Unfortunately, tonight we came up short, and two Republicans will be competing to represent this Congressional district.”
Sanchez may find this outcome unfortunate, but it is a major win for conservatives who want to see the radical agenda of President Joe Biden and his puppets (Pelosi and Schumer) defeated.
