BREAKING: Cuomo Resignation Shocker – Reversal Stuns Nation

The news just dropped with a resignation shocker about New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D). This stunning reversal has caught the nation by total surprise.

“If the investigation confirms the claims of the women, should he resign?” asked ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos to President Joe Biden. “Yes,” Biden answered. “I think he’ll probably end up being prosecuted, too.”

Up until now, Biden had repeatedly hedged on the question, but it appears that following the announcements by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), he decided to weigh in.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-NY) followed Biden, telling MSNBC there should be “zero tolerance” and that Cuomo should resign “if these allegations are proven to be true.” The governor is now in deep, deep trouble.

The sexual harassment allegations — including at least one with photographic evidence — started dropping following major coverage of the nursing home scandal, in which Cuomo covered up nursing home deaths to avoid an investigation.

The governor’s controversial policy to send COVID-infected patients into nursing homes is now getting the attention it deserves after being waved away by the press for weeks before the 2020 election. He should resign now.
