The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania issued a decision on Friday that found that Pennsylvania’s mail-in voting law violated the Constitution.

The lawsuit was first brought by Doug McLinko, vice chairman of the Bradford County Board of Commissioners in Pennsylvania.

McLinko filed the lawsuit because the changes to the voting procedures in Pennsylvania “should have been put on the ballot, and the constitution should have been changed to allow it, like bulk case laws.”

The changes to Pennsylvania’s voting system very well could have accounted for the state flipping for Joe Biden after Donald Trump won it in 2016.

This is a huge win for Republicans as it is their first concrete victory that casts doubt on the legitimacy of President Biden’s win in the 2020 presidential election.

Pennsylvania was a crucial state in deciding the election, and Republicans appear to have found the reason why the state went Blue. This is terrible news for Democrats, especially with the midterm elections just around the corner.
