A federal court just issued a massive ruling. Liberals won’t like this one bit, but it’s a big win for President Trump and our national security.
Judge Reggie Walton — who serves on the United States District Court for Washington, DC — has ruled that Hoda Muthana, know as the ‘ISIS bride’ is not an American citizen and therefore isn’t entitled to return to the U.S.
Muthana is currently living in a Syrian refugee camp with her young son and now says she regrets joining ISIS. Previously, she lived with her family in Alabama and became radicalized — fleeing to Syria and joining ISIS in 2014.
Now, she is asking for U.S. passports for her and her son, but this isn’t going to happen anytime soon, if ever. She was born in New Jersey to a Yemeni diplomat and is “not subject to U.S. jurisdiction,” according to the Daily Mail.
Pleading with U.S. authorities in an interview with NBC News, Muthana said, “Anyone that believes in God believes that everyone deserves a second chance, no matter how harmful their sins were.”
President Trump has made it abudantly clear what he thinks about it. “I have instructed Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and he fully agrees, not to allow Hoda Muthana back into the Country!” tweeted Trump on Feb. 20, 2019.
