The news just dropped about a Bush endorsement and the White House is completely stunned. It was made official moments ago by a major publication, and the announcement is spreading nationwide.
“President Trump is the only thing standing between America and socialism,” said Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush to the Dallas News endorsing Trump this week.
Bush is the son to former Florida Governor Jeb Bush and, by extension, the nephew of former President George W. Bush. He is the first member of the Bush family to endorse Trump this election cycle.
He also noted that “Republican policies are working” and “the economy is already returning,” even after having to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic with “unprecedented measures.”
Does this mean other Bush endorsements are around the corner? It is difficult to tell, but former President George W. Bush recently denied a report that he wouldn’t support Trump.
The claim was published by none other than the failing New York Times, but the former president’s spokesperson, Freddy Ford, issued a correction and said the story was “completely made up.”
