Support for the Black Lives Matter movement has dropped 25 points in Minnesota, a key battleground state, in new polling after the group was linked to violent riots in several cities.
The poll also showed that President Donald Trump and Joe Biden are in a statistical tie in the state.
Support for BLM still stood at 53%, but more respondents said that the group had made race relations worse than disagreed with that statement.
More people also said that the group didn’t care about them than that it did.
“As it stands now the BLM brand is too damaged in Minnesota to be effective,” the Trafalgar Group said to the the chairman of Conservative Clergy of Color.
