President Joe Biden just got terrible news from a prosecutor. Democrats are completely shocked and looking for someone to blame now.
Due to the remarks from Biden and Congresswoman Maxine Waters (D-CA) about Derek Chauvin’s trial, the case may not be anyone close to over — according to a former federal prosecutor.
“In a New York Post op-ed, former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy warned that this alone would be grounds for appeal,” referring to Biden and Waters’ comments that may amount to jury tampering.
Waters, for example, traveled to Minnesota and stirred up a crowd outside of the courthouse. She said that unless the verdict is “guilty, guilty, guilty,” then protesters should “get more confrontational.”
Biden also made inappropriate comments before Chauvin’s conviction. He said that he was “praying the verdict is the right verdict,” meaning, of course, the outcome he would prefer in the case.
This is why Chauvin’s conviction in the death of George Floyd will be appealed and possibly overturned — because prominent Democrats wanted to make a political show and intimidate the jury.
