According to a new report, Hunter Biden still owns his 10% equity stake in the Chinese investment company he formed just days after flying to China on Air Force Two with his father in 2013 while he was vice president.
While Hunter Biden claims the equity stake is only worth $420,000, experts say it is probably worth millions based on the fact that the firm manages at least $2 billion.
The company has also been investigated recently by Congress for investing in a company that the U.S. blacklisted under suspicion of assisting China in violating human rights and for buying a company in 2015 that had knowledge of American military technology.
Purchasing the company required approval from the Obama administration, which with Joe Biden still vice president could have presented a conflict of interest.
I see many more investigations in Joe and Hunter Biden’s futures.
