U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders is in big trouble. This firing announcement is sending shockwaves through his presidential campaign — people are already waving goodbye.
Millions of Americans are now seeing just how much of a hypocrite he is when held accountable to his own professed beliefs. Now, a complaint has been filed against his campaign by former staffers, and it’s a doozy.
The complaint, which has been filed with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), alleges that Sanders’ campaign in Iowa, while claiming to uphold its labor agreement with employees, has done exactly the opposite.
“Within the previous six months, the above-named labor organization has restrained and coerced employees in the exercise of rights … by refusing to process the Charging Party’s grievance for arbitrary or discriminatory reasons or in bad faith,” read the complaint.
The “Charging Party” is a former campaign employee or group of employees, currently unnamed, who claim that “campaign officials fired one or more employees because they joined or supported unions or engaged in other protected activities.”
But no one should be surprised that Sanders is being called out by his own staffers. He is a big-government socialist who believes that the rules don’t apply to him, even when he spins rhetoric about supporting the “little guy.”
