Longtime Hunter Biden business partner Devon Archer has had his securities fraud and conspiracy conviction reinstated by an appeals court, which ruled Archer knew about and may have been involved in the issuing of $60 million in bonds by a Native American tribe.
The bond money was later diverted to Archer and several business associates for their personal use, according to the appeals court ruling.
