New York Governor Andrew Cuomo (D) said he would not resign over numerous sexual harassment allegations and called the Democrat politicians “reckless and dangerous” for calling on him to resign without knowing all the facts.
“Women have a right to come forward and be heard and I encourage that fully. But I also want to be clear, there is still a question of the truth, I did not do what has been alleged. Period,” he said in a press conference.
“The people of New York should not have confidence in a politician who takes a position without knowing any facts or substance — that, my friends, is politics at its worst,” he said.”A lot of people allege a lot of things for a lot of reasons.”
Cuomo is the latest example of trying to cancel a politician with a plethora of allegations that could be subject to interpretation or outright lies.
But we can’t forget that there is an even better reason for Cuomo to be out on his ear: his disastrous policy of putting COVID-positive nursing home patients back into nursing homes where they infected thousands of healthy seniors.
