Another accuser has come forward to accuse New York Governor Andrew Cuomo (D) of inappropriately touching them while working with him at his hotel room.
Press aide Karen Hinton said that Cuomo embraced her in an “intimate” way in his hotel room and pulled her back into his arms when she tried to pull away.
Cuomo continues to insist that he “never touched anyone inappropriately” and asked people to wait for the facts of the attorney general’s report before forming an opinion.
The new allegations have led to more Democrats calling for his resignation, including Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins (D).
Republicans are moving to impeach Cuomo but will need Democrats to give their support in order to succeed in the effort.
