CNN’s Anderson Cooper indecently lost it on live TV when discussing President Trump, comparing him to an obese turtle.
During a conversation with anchor Jake Tapper, Cooper said, “I don’t think we’ve ever seen anything like this from a president of the United States, and I think as Jake said, it’s sad and it is truly pathetic, and of course, it is dangerous and of course it will go to court.”
Cooper was referring to President Trump’s claims that there is widespread voter fraud affecting the results of the election. While no solid conclusions have emerged, investigations into the president’s allegations have been started.
Cooper continued saying, “That is the most powerful person in the world and we see him like an obese turtle on his back flailing in the hot sun realizing his time is over, but he just hasn’t accepted it and he wants to take everybody down with him including this country.”
Cooper and the rest of the mainstream media are willing and do lob any number of abusive ad hominems at the President yet for four years they have decried anything the president has said.
This will only get worse as the courts take on the election and sort the mess out. Even if President Trump ultimately loses and leaves in January, the Trump Derangement Syndrome will remain.
