The Supreme Court has announced that the Texas Heartbeat Act COULD be reversed very soon.
The Texas Heartbeat Act states that abortions may not be performed if a heartbeat is detected in the fetus. The clever life-saving part about that is that the heartbeat usually begins about six weeks after conception, too early for most mothers to realize that they are with child.
Essentially, the Texas Heartbeat Act bans abortions across the state.
Obviously, libs love to give away money that isn’t theirs and take away unborn lives that aren’t theirs, so this legislation just pissed them right off.
As a result, the Supreme Court has granted a review of the law that was signed into effect on September 1, 2021. They will hear oral arguments on November 1, 2021.
We’re getting closer and closer to the date that will be looked back on in history as this generation’s Roe v. Wade.
