Attorney General William Barr has been accused. This news just broke and it’s absolutely tragic. The White House can’t believe it — there’s no telling what will happen next.
Alex Salvi, a reporter for One American News Network (OAN), shared a video of MSNBC’s Joy Reid suggesting that “Attorney General Bill Barr was involved in Jeffrey Epstein’s death.”
In her comments on MSNBC, Reid said that the prison in which Epstein was being held is “now a facility under the control of the Department of Justice, and this Department of Justice does not exactly inspire confidence.”
Reid went on to say that “William Barr’s Justice Department is not one that you can readily simply rely upon and feel confident in.” She then asked, “What do we make of all this now?”
Reid doubled-down even more on her insinuation and questioned how Epstein “in this federal facility this person was allowed to be alone long enough to either harm himself or be killed by someone,” she said.
As is typically the case with Reid and MSNBC, it always has to turn into an anti-Trump narrative. Instead of focusing on Epstein’s actual crimes and his much bigger connection to the Clintons, she accuses Barr of wrong-doing. Ridiculous.
