Bill and Hillary Clinton are devastated. New evidence was just released, and they can’t do anything about it. The truth has been exposed.
Hillary Clinton recently put her full support behind impeaching President Trump, however, a treaty signed by her own husband allows for the United States and Ukraine to cooperate on criminal matters.
The treaty, known as the “Treaty with Ukraine on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters,” was signed by then-President Bill Clinton on July 22, 1998. The U.S. Senate approved it on Oct. 18, 200.
In part, this treaty allows for cooperation in “taking the testimony or statements of persons; providing documents, records and other items of evidence; locating or identifying persons or items.”
The list continues: “Serving documents; transferring persons in custody for testimony or other purposes; executing requests for searches and seizures; assisting in proceedings related to immobilization and forfeiture of assets.”
The treaty also notes that it allows for “any other form of assistance not prohibited by the laws of the Requested State.” Given the broad nature of this treaty, it would seem that Trump’s call with the Ukrainian president was entirely above-board.
