The former top aide to Atlanta’s newly elected Mayor was arrested at the airport on warrants of “Terroristic Threats.”
Andre Dickens, a democrat, has glowingly praised his former top aide, Ali Carter, in the past. Now, he’ll surely be doing whatever he can to distance himself from the accused.
Carter maintained that he was Dickens’ chief-of-staff throughout the process of his arrest.
A police report obtained by Fox News shed more light on the incident:
Upon arriving, we located Mr. Ali Carter on the aircraft, in seat #11F and he confirmed his identity to police by name. Mr. Carter was informed of the warrant and he was transported to the police precinct for paperwork to be completed and to receive confirmation of the warrant.
