Twenty plaintiffs sued the Biden administration over its handling of COVID mandates for federal employees.
On September 9, Biden signed an order requiring all federal employees get vaccinated from the Chinese Flu before a December 8, 2021 deadline.
The mandate also forced private companies with over 100 employees to implement a pro-vaccine policy.
Avoiding the vaccination means getting fired for employees, and exhoberant fines for employers. “Not fair” is the street term for it.
District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly agreed, ruling in favor of the 20 plaintiffs on the basis of religious exemptions.
“None of the civilian employee plaintiffs will be subject to discipline while his or her request for a religious exception is pending,” she said.
