Wondering how the 2022 midterms might go?
Well, we might have just gotten a little preview, thanks to one Ryan Fazio.
On August 17, the GOP flipped a state senate seat in a Connecticut special election in a district that Biden had won by more than 25% in 2020.
From a 25% advantage, to LOSING in less than a year. That’s Joe Biden for you.
Here’s what the Republican State Leadership Committee had to say about Fazio’s big victory:
“State Republicans tonight delivered the first flip of a state legislative seat in a special election by either party in 2021, as Republican Ryan Fazio defeated liberal Democrat Alex Gevanter in Connecticut’s state Senate District 36 – a district Joe Biden won by more than 25% in 2020.”
