A bombshell about former President Barack Obama just dropped. If Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has anything to say about it, a court order could be right around the corner.
During an appearance on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show, Graham stated that he “absolutely” believes Obama should be called upon to answer questions about the witch-hunt against then-candidate Donald Trump.
“The bottom line is who briefed President Obama if anybody about the counterintelligence investigation against the Trump campaign,” said Graham.
He continued: “And finally, why did they not tell the Trump campaign that they had concerns about people working for him tied to Russia. That’s what you’re supposed to do in a counterintelligence investigation.”
Simply put, Graham would “like to know what President Obama thought about the investigation,” and we imagine Americans are curious as well — especially since the investigation against Trump turned out to be a political hit job.
Now, the tables have turned. With Attorney General William Barr investigating the origins of the Trump probe, it is only a matter of time before key figures are called upon. Graham rightly wants Obama to be one of them.
